1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a woman to apply for writing projects.

2. Application Fee & Delivery Charge

The application fee (₹799) and delivery charge (₹1200) are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once paid, no refund will be issued.

3. Work & Payment

Advance salary (₹10,000) is paid after completing the first milestone as per the selected plan. Total salary depends on project completion.

4. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Alia Book Publication.

5. Code of Conduct

Plagiarism, fraudulent activities, or violation of terms will lead to immediate termination without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
